Anti-Semitism is prevalent in the churches of today, God will not be Mocked! 533-1 - 8 - 3

Was it the Roman Catholic Church and who was/is responsible at least in part for the heresy of Replacement Theology? Was it the Reformers who never completed the Reformation thereby allowing Replacement Theology to creep into the Protestant churches?

What of the concordats between the Roman Catholic Church and Adolf Hitler and Mussolini? By these agreements the church was not to interfere with the state and vice a versa. Pius XII earned the less than desirable title of “Hitler’s Pope.” The Roman Catholic Church has attempted to redact history, however, there are many, many pictures available demonstrating a very cozy relationship. Redacted or not, the Roman Catholic Church still suffers from the stigmatism of standing by as millions were marched into gas chambers. That said, we here in the United States were largely guilty of the same lack of action.

Many church leaders have a rather weak Hermeneutics leading them to claim that the Everlasting Covenant God made with Israel has passed to the church though Replacement Theology:

1. Israel forfeited her promises when she rejected her Messiah

2. The promises to Abraham passed to the Church

3. All the Old Testament covenants were conditional

Replacement theology is a heresy that attempts to provide credibility to the demand that Israel give up her God given land. As an aside, Israel has little land today about 1/10 of 1% of the land mass of her neighbors. And yet Israel is under great pressure to give up land. Every time Israel gives up land rather than peace it brings the rocket launchers closer to their cities and brings disasters to the United States. As the United States pushed Israel to leave the Gaza Strip, we were rewarded with hurricane Katrina. As people were displaced in Israel, they were displaced in New Orleans.

There is the group called “Christ at the Checkpoint.” The first point of their manifesto is, “1.The Kingdom of God has come. Evangelicals must reclaim the prophetic role in bringing peace, justice and reconciliation in Palestine and Israel.”

Someday will all stand in judgment and will have to answer for our sins. Those in leadership positions in the churches that denigrate Israel, undercut them as a nation and push Israel to give up their God given land will, in my opinion, be held far more accountable than any of the laity.

As for religion. Post Modernism:

• Rejects the notion of Universal Truth, something recognized as true

• It asserts its own truths about the Universe

• Constant never-ending change

Perhaps many feel that they have gotten way too intellectual to acknowledge God’s Truth, that we've outgrown the need for guidance from our awesome God. In my opinion, it all started in the garden with the very persuasive question from the father of liars, “are you sure God said that?”

Lucifer’s fall was due to pride. Isaiah 14:13-14, “For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north: I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.”

Satan uses pride to recruit his minions who worship at the altar of their own truth and doing it their own way. Today, an increasing number of people and/or organizations are questioning the very biblical verses/principles. The organization, Christ at the Checkpoint, is certainly no exception and is likely part of what’s being called the emergent church. “A church is emerging if it seeks to reach those lost in the post-modern culture, rejects doctrinal absolutes, and, of course, proclaims itself to be emerging.”

So from demonically inspired intellectual doubt, civilization has descended into an ever increasing immoral world of no absolutes. Senseless crime is rampant as evidenced by the knockout game played by thugs and random murders. Millions of unborn babies have been sacrificed on the altar of woman’s choice. The homosexual agenda has permeated the political and academic worlds.
In the very end days it is prophesied that Israel will stand alone. The United States is descending into a world I hardly recognize. It is my opinion that as we abandon his chosen people God is dropping/ has dropped his hedge of protection from the United States.

Christ at the Checkpoint, the trifecta of the scorners, fools and the simple 516 - 1 - 8

2 Timothy 3:15-17, "And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works."

CM commented concerning scorners, "To make a mouth" and referenced to Proverbs 14:6, "A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth." Jesus' brother James has more to say about wisdom, James 1:5, "If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” By promoting replacement theology, those aligned with CATC are most assuredly mocking God’s wisdom and pronouncements in His unconditional Land Covenant.

Proverbs 21:24, "Proud and haughty scorner is his name, who dealeth in proud wrath." Add to that Proverbs 19:29, "Judgments are prepared for scorners, and stripes for the back of fools." No one can say that they were not warned.

More for the fool, Proverbs 15:2, "The tongue of the wise useth knowledge aright: but the mouth of fools poureth out foolishness." And even more, Proverbs 15:14, "The heart of him that hath understanding seeketh knowledge: but the mouth of fools feedeth on foolishness."

As for the Simple, he is one who lacks discernment and is receptive to most everything. Here, another first by James is applicable. James 1:6 But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed."
