Seven is the number of completion and the heptadic structure is a reoccurring theme throughout the Bible. I found far more than 7 sevens in the Book of Revelation so I just got carried away, oops, a pun.
Dr. Missler points out that there are three major divisions of the Book of Revelation.
1. The things which thou has seen – the risen Christ
2. The things which are - the letters by Jesus Christ to the seven
3. The things which shall be hereafter – those things which will follow after the Church is removed
The following sevens seem to flow from the first two divisions of the Book of Revelation.
Seven letters
Seven design elements per Dr. Missler

Week of days – seven years
Great Tribulation or the time of Jacob’s Trouble is half of the Seventieth Week of Daniel, 1,260 days or 180 weeks.
