Does Revelation 13:18 have any relationship to ‘in the Name of Allah?’ 521-2 - 16 - 7

In my opinion, CM outdid himself finding his Islamic Antichrist remez in Revelation 13:18, “Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” [KJV]
While I can follow CM’s unique reasoning, I find it rather convoluted but fascinating. For years I have read various books and articles on just who the predicted Antichrist will be. Crossed swords as the symbol of Islam and the propensity of the terrorist to behead those they consider to be infidels is certainly in agreement with Revelation 20:4.
For centuries it was thought that the Antichrist would come from a revived Roman Empire. Also many of the Roman Catholic popes were thought to be the Antichrist. Perhaps one of the greatest stretches using the number 666 was the conclusion that President Ronald Reagan was the Antichrist.
Years ago I read Joel Richardson’s book, The Islamic Antichrist: The Shocking Truth about the Real Nature of the Beast. Mr. Richardson shares that Jesus is mentioned several times in the Quran but only as a prophet and a prophet of lesser status then Mohammad. The Islamic Jesus will bring peace to the earth, however it will be at the point of the sword. People will convert to Islam or die by the sword. According to Mr. Richardson, “In order to understand the Islamic concept of Jesus’ return, the first thing that needs to be realized is that when Jesus comes back, He comes back as a radical Muslim!
The Islamic Jesus, a radical Muslim? In my opinion, a perfect candidate for being the False Prophet.
Mr. Richardson also predicts that the Antichrist will be Islamic, “Muslim scholars actually apply Bible verses about the Antichrist to their awaited savior, the Mahdi. This must be seen as quite ironic, if not entirely prophetic.”
In Islamic eschatology, the Mahdi is the prophesied redeemer of Islam who will rule for at least seven years before the Day of Judgment/ Day of Resurrection. During his rule the Mahdi, also known as the 12th Imam, will rid the world of evil.
Ahmadinejad was quoted as saying, "Yes, that’s true. I prayed for the arrival of the 12th Imam."
In a more recent book, Mideast Beast: The Scriptural Case for an Islamic Antichrist Mr. Richardson concludes that “The Allah of Islam has far more in common with Sin, the moon god whom Abraham left behind in the desert, than with the Father God of the Bible.”
Walid Shoebat, a former Palestinian terrorist and author of Why I Left Jihad, wrote a positive review of Joel Richardson analysis but stopped short of openly stating that the Antichrist will be Islamic.
Bill Salus author of PSALM 83, The Missing Prophecy Revealed - How Israel Becomes the Next Mideast Superpower and Dr. David R. Reagan of Lamb & Lion Ministries do not agree that the antichrist will be Islamic. And the speculation continues and continues.
